Waylon is a 1.5 year old pitbull/boxer mix. We adopted him last summer via Minnesota Pitbull Rescue at 5 months old, after he had his front right leg amputated at 3 months old. He had come into the shelter in Dallas TX as a stray, with his front right leg broken at the shoulder. With not much to be done to save the leg, he had to have it removed.

Due to traveling from Texas, and jumping from a few homes once arriving in MN, he hadn't gotten the rehab he needed to be a "normal" dog...he couldn't even walk down the block without collapsing. His remaining left leg had a bow to it, so there was lots of work to be done with Waylon.
